Hi everyone, This week we will write an epilogue to The Giver, and find out what happens to Jonas and Gabriel. This is a part II, how the story continues. Be sure to include a conflict to make your story interesting, be creative, and continue the story the way you hope it continues.
After leaving the society, Jonas and Gabriel are surviving. They are hiding because people from their society are finding them. Leaving community is not allowed in Jonas’s society. But Gabriel and Jonas is happy. Because they are free now. In there society, people don’t have any feelings and memories. They don’t have any freedom to choose their own job. Even their own life partner. But now Jonas and Gabriel are outside of the community, and they are free and happy. Maybe in a new place their life is difficult and hard for them, but they have memories and memories gave them wisdom. Outside of Jonas’s community, its a very beautiful place. There are birds, sun shine, colorful flowers, and everything is very beautiful. Every thing is colorful and no one is there to stop Jonas and Gabriel to do, what they want to do. There is freedom and feelings. Its a new, amazing world for Jonas. Compering with this world, his own community was just like a prison.
ReplyDeleteHe don’t want to think about his society anymore, but sometime thinks about the citizens of his society. After his leaving, the society got back his memories. How they felt when first time they got memories? Its a new experience for them and maybe horrible. Are they still want want to live in that society? Jonas wants to know. He thinks that the Giver will protect them anyway. The giver loves his society people and he will help them. Sometime Jonas think about his family. He feels sad and very upset about for them. He miss them. But he knows that they don’t, because they don’t have feelings. He hope that after his leaving, they will get some memories and feelings and maybe one day they will miss him too. But life goes on anyway. Jonas wants to begin a new life with Gabriel and wants to spend his rest of life with freedom, feeling and with all his memories; in a happy way......... :)
The Giver Part 2
ReplyDeleteJonas and Gabriel are in bicycle hearing music, they are curious about the place. So Jonas rides very quickly to there even thought he is being hunger for few days. The time past as water flow, Jonas feels tired than before, but the sound of music is more and more clear. They do not give up. Minutes late, they see a big, beautiful house in front of them. They are very happy as if they are going to cry.
This time, a men come out, he find tied Jonas and Gabriel so he brings them to home. His family gives Jonas and Gabriel food to eat. When Jonas and Gabriel finished food they have received, the men ask Jonas what’s happening, why they are here. Jonas told him that Gabriel and he is escape from their society, because they want freedom. And Jonas also request the men do not sent them back. The men’s daughter likes Gabriel very much, so the men allow them to live in their home. This family is very kind to Jonas and Gabriel. Then, they go to sleep.
Next day, Jonas and Gabriel go out with the men, Jonas is very curious about the people’s clothing style and he also very surprising about some people’s action. Jonas ask the men about the question he had. The men told him that people in this society can wear whatever they want, they have chance to choose their job and they can change their job anytime. Also, they can argue with their government. What a wonderful society it is. Jonas thinks he and Gabriel will have a good time here.
Now, Jonas and Gabriel are a part of the men’s family. One day’s evening, when they are having dinner, the men told Jonas about what he heard from the meeting this afternoon “I heard that your people in your society are in suffering now, they suffer memories about pain. Everybody is fear. I also heard that your parents are heartbroken now, because they lost you guests and they need to suffer pain, too.” The men said. Jonas is very sorry to hear that. He doesn’t want people suffer pain, but he doesn’t want Gabriel to be release! So he doesn’t think he made wrong decision. The man talk them that enjoy their time in his family also make Jonas feel more calm.
The time goes and goes, Gabriel and Jonas start to enjoy their life in this new society. Gabriel becomes five and he doesn’t think he is different to other child in this society. In Jonas mind, he knows that what is different between them. He won never Gabriel because he doesn’t want Gabriel think too much things.
Jonas and Gabriel’s life are still playing as a player in this society.

ReplyDeleteJonas and Gabriel on the bicycle ,hearing music .they were surprise as they never experience music in there life’s before .they had feelings of happiness and excitement when they heard music.they could not believe what they hearing .they were very happy to hear music it was fun to them .there life start getting started to get more colorful ,more excited as the start feeling difference feelings .elsewhere is like people having memories of pain and happiness .Jonas society change ,people not only the Giver and Jonas but everyone else start getting memories of color,seeing fire ,pain ,snow ,war and love.the giver and Jonas family died probably after they get all those feelings .They were probably disappointed in Jonas because they trust him,they never thought he would run away.
Jonas and Gabriel are in the Bicycle hearing music. They are enjoying the music what they have never heard before and feeling exuberant. But there has a major problem is that they don’t have food to eat. Jonas worries of Gabriel and his own life. They are starving but happy because they have freedom and hearing the music what make them serene. Their life is like homeless people. They don’t have a place to sleep and no food for eat. “Elsewhere “ is like Jonas society but there will be memories and everything what in Jonas’s society doesn’t have. Jonas’ society will suffer because of the memories what stayed when Jonas was eloping. And there will be chaos and everyone will be messed up and will have argue about keeping memories or having a new receiver of memory. The children will no more play the game. Because they have some memories of war and pain. The strict law will change gradually.The Giver will be retired from his job and everyone in his society will have memories. Jonas family will miss him. And will probably disappointed because he run away.

ReplyDeleteThe music keep on and never stop. Jonas and Gabriel are lost in that all covered by white snow mountain. Now he is missing his home now and look for Gabriel in a small cave.Gabriel is in a blanket, beside him is a campfire which Jonas uses his memory to created.
In another aspect, Jonas’ society is all in a mixture. Some people are surprised that they can see the colour and some of them can feel the pain of break. Although the elders are staying together for talking about the solution of these problems, they are all blank in their mind.They tried to ask advice from the Giver but he didn’t say anything.And Jonas’ father who is the most confused now. He faces to the newborns and the death too.It’s not release now.He knows the death very clear.Jonas’ mother and Lily are in chaos ,they escape from the street and hiding in their rooms with their own memories.
You can see very light and clear eyes in every people’s eyes. Colorful views in that society. Wash out that black and white,it’s full of green plants and strong sun shine put in every ones’ clear eyes.
The storm has been stopped. Jonas takes Gabriel and stand on the top of the mountain; watching his society. His smile hang on his face because of a new memory —— A Picture.
The people are consciousness now. They know that they can’t escape form the pain memories forever.Start with a new life, a normal life that we knew.Release are not allowed anymore and freedom are the basic.
Jonas has been decided. Sent Gabriel back to their own society again. He left the blanket and leave again, Never come back;nobody knows where he goes.The only thing(except Gabriel) he left to his people is the music.
Many years later,Gabriel has been married. He get a child who is not from the birthmother. The cute child named——Jonas.
Jonas made a sudden sharp turn and fell down on the street , and Gabriel was crying . Whole town awake , everybody are looking at them and discussing them . “ hey , did you see that ,” said a woman , “ they have light blue eyes .” The man beside her said, “ Maybe they are the angles from the heaven ! ” Jonas can see that the things around him are colorful , and everybody have a smile at their face , and the music is around the town . “ That’s amazing ! ” Jonas yelled . “ what amazing ? boy.” a old woman asked . But suddenly , Jonas cried out , he can’t say anything now . That was fantasy for Jonas . After few years , Jonas can really know the feeling of love , pain , and etc . But a good time always is short-lived , there is going to happen a warfare . Jonas can't helplessly looking at the town destroy by warfare , so he come back to his community , and ask The Giver how to stop the warfare , The Giver said it's not really easy to stop the war , but there is a way can stop the war . "The book on the the second row of bookcase ,"The Giver said, "you can use the book and the memories you kept to stop the war , but after you do that the memories will come back to everyone's mind , and you will be released ." Jonas hesitated , after few minutes Jonas quickly take the book and run away . "Good bye , my boy ." The Giver sobbed … Ten years pasted , The Giver was ill in the bed , and talk quietly to Gabriel , " Rely on you, our rulers ."
ReplyDeleteBehind him, across vast distances of space and time, from the place he had left, he thought he heard music too. But perhaps it was only an echo,Jonas and Gabriel support this long travel and survive, when they continue walking they found another community but it was different, everyone was different, they could see the colors and also they have memories, they had a leader and had rules that couldn’t be broken. They didn’t know the word release and their population was much bigger because each family could choose with who they wanted to be and they could have all the children they want but they should be responsible for them. Jonas and Gabriel got closer to the community but they didn’t want to be noticed. A man saw them and he took them to the leader of their community, the leader saw them and started to ask them where are they form? where are their parents? why they are alone? and Jonas started to explain to the leader about the other community, the elders, the memories and release. After listening Jonas’ story the leader gave them some food and took them to know the community. Jonas was so excited and happy, he saw how there were many children playing different sports, there were many couples in love in the streets, and some families with 3 or more children, all the persons could choose their job and they could choose what they want to eat because there were stores. While Jonas was looking the new community the other community was suffering because they lost another receiver of memories, they didn’t have the memories anymore and the community was in chaos and worried. The Giver was happy because now the community should make some changes and give to the people freedom and the opportunity to have memories but at the same time he was sad because he had a very nice and close relation with Jonas and he didn’t want him to die somewhere. Jonas’ family was worried too, they thought that the elders will release them because they let go Jonas and Gabriel and they also were disappointed with Jonas because he left the community and took Gabriel without permission, he broke the rules but it was Jonas’ family fault.

In this community they have everything color, love, pain. The community is perfect. In Jonas society people don’t have their freedom. But in that community people have their freedom. They have feeling, love, pain, color, everything. Jonas is very happy that he is in that community. The community people give them permission to stay in their community. Jonas and Gabriel are hungry so they give them food to eat. Also give them place for sleeping. Jonas and Gabriel are very happy because they are staying in this community and they are surprised when they saw that everything is different in this community from their community. Now Jonas in the bed and Gabriel beside him. Jonas thinking about his community. What happening there? What his parents thinking about him. When he think about his parents he feels sad and upset for his parents and her little sister. Jonas thinking about his community citizens. What will happen to them? He think that after his leaving they will get some memories and feelings. Then they will miss Jonas and Gabriel. Jonas make a final decision that he will stay with Gabriel in this community for forever.

Jonas listen music, he is strange but Gabriel can`t do anything, he can`t understand.
-Gabriel, Gabriel !! said Jonas
Jonas sometimes in happy and sometimes is like as crazy listening music.Jonas after listening music, star drive the bicycle with more emotion. he is in a strange wood, the airplanes are flying he is scary and hiding with Gabriel. the are quiet, not move any thing. Bicycle is cover with leaf trees. Soldiers look Jonas and Gabriel, they run and take out the bike so the soldiers come bank him. he do memories to retain them.soldiers are strange. the spot run and Jonas with Gabriel scape They star see sun rise, new community, flowers, children play, animals, building, different color of people specially eyes. Jonas is like a crazy, he star remind the advice of Giver to calm his nerves. Jonas is more relax now, and try to clam Gabriel too. the soldiers don`t go away and the airplane stay in their territory.
Jonas begin talking with a person of the community.
The person ask: where are you coming? . but Jonas is quiet and do any thing, Gabriel star crying .
Again ask the person: what happens with you?
-nothing I am good …. respond Jonas
-But why baby is crying ? ask person . Jonas is in his bike. bike is old and white. Jonas look freedom in his mind, but this moment star thinking in his family, in Lily, his father and mother.
He remember his ceremony of twelve that was when he become a receiver.there was all family of him. he was nerves but happy inside.
he begin walk to a bar, he dose`t what was that. Jonas and Gabriel want eat something because they are very hungry. They don`t eat for few day as the airplanes and elders were back of him. they eat rise with chicken and water, the fruits that they eat was red that see Jonas. The fruit was an apple. Jonas is happy now but sad for his family in his old community that happened many things when he was only a child playing with an apple.
Jonas' society change many rules like keep memories not release, and people are helped by the Giver. Jonas` family was happy because Jonas and Gabriel go away and don`t suffering like they are suffering with memories that they have now when Jonas went. Jonas and Gabriel life in a small town and small house where Jonas teach Gabriel thing of life that Jonas learn from Giver when he was a new receiver. They are tired and go to sleep because it is night.

Jonas and Gabriel were still alive and surviving after their hard journey. while he was riding the bicycle and Gabriel was sitting in the back of it, they heard something that he knew to be music, he heard people singing, they were surprised and excited, as they had never heard it before. But perhaps it was just an echo.
They got tired of the strange weather and the awful landscape. As long as they walked, they found many new things that they had never seen before as animals, vehicles and rain forests. They also saw many colors. Until they found a place where they found everybody enjoy freedom, they were laughing, playing, dancing, and singing. They felt the warm beautiful weather, Jonas seemed to be pleased, and Gabriel was giggling. He thought that this community might be the right place to live in with no fear of the rules and the painful memories, that he had to receive and keep them lonely. They lived happily and peacefully there. They had also rules but they were fair rules not rigid. In that time the society where they lived, was suffering from the pain and destruction. The citizens and Jonas’ family were returning their terrible memories back. They were confused, and nervous. The Giver dead as he got tired of losing Rosemary, and then Jonas. He
couldn't bear losing of Jonas, and what happened to the society.

But perhaps it was only an echo.The echo that Jonas heard gave Jonas a little determination but he was not sure if he would reach his destination or not.Finally,he saw some of the houses with people roaming here and there and he thought that they wont have to bear pain and hunger anymore.”We reached in the dreamworld Gabriel”,he shouted with happiness. He was excited that he will begin a new life in a new society with the way of life that he wants to but he was still little afraid to enter to that society as there may be people who are different than his society.Then many questions came to his mind....
“Are the people in this society like us?”
“Will they allow us to live in this society?”
“Do they have different rules?what if they have same rules as ours?”
He was distressed and unhappy thinking about these things but he also took this society in a positive way..He thought that it would be better than his society where he could make his own rule and live in his life in his own way with his little brother Gabriel but not under some elders as he used to do in his society.They saw the bold writing “FREEDOM SOCIETY”.Jonas was unknown about this word but still he thought that it was good enough.
On the other side,Jonas society was having discussion about to change the society or not.Everyone knew about what was the exact rule of the society.For example,release means death. In the same way jonas’ parents were surprised as jonas left the society and also they thought of getting their own child as they experience the feeling of love slowly.
Jonas was little nervous but also he entered to the new society with Gabriel.He saw children playing and pother people working around or talking with each other.As they were starving,Jonas first tried to get some food for him and Gabriel.As the people of the society were very kind,they had a feeling of love for those small children and they helped Jonas and his Gabriel with food and also the shelter.Slowly, Jonas had to tell everything about his society as everybody eager to know how they reached in their society.People were amazed and also confused when they heard about his society.Jonas seemed little confused to himself too.
“You seem little confused child,whats the problem?”,asked one of the member of the society.Jonas hesitated and murmured at himself at first.
Then he asked,”What does the word freedom mean?
People in that society smiled and replied that it meant to be free and explained it giving different examples by comparing “Jonas’ society” and “Freedom society”.
After he understood the meaning, Jonas thought that his decision to leave his society was right as he got to live his life in such an amazing society.He was also happy that he could save Gabriel's life from that dead society and give him a new and wonderful life in a heaven.
After Jonas goes to the elsewhere, the giver still stay in his community.But they spread out their own different life in their place.
ReplyDeleteJonas feels very excited and happy to reach elsewhere.That is a place Jonas never sees before,where fills hills and rivers.The fresh air makes the creature live here breathe very well.The various colors makes Jonas feels very enjoyable.The music makes him feel curious and fresh.Gabriel and he really love this new place in their life.Jonas could perceive the all things that he ever know through the memories.Love,color and music can be perceived anytime and anywhere in this new location.Jonas learns to build the house with mud and bricks,capture fish and creature in the pounds and forests and babysit gabriel very carefully.
In their community,the elders gets into chaos.They feel very anxious for Jonas' disappearing.They seeds off many peolpe to seek Jonas.On the onther hand,people is suffering the memories that Jonas left.At the beginning,they struggle very much.Luckily.the giver leads them to reduce the pain from the horrible memories.So they feel better everyday and treat memoriy receiving as a habit in their new life.Jonas' family feels very sad for his disapearing.They feel unbelieveable for this thing.they don't want to lose their dear relative,they still long to stay with Jonas as original.
Jonas does't plan to spend his whole life in elsewhere.He tells himself that he will return to his community after 3 years.Maybe citizens will hate him for his leaving.But he prefers to believe thet citizens will be grateful for his leaving.He thinks people will understand him after receiving all kinds of memories.The most important reason for him to return hometown is that he really misses his family although he lives in elsewhere very carelessily.He expects that day comes.

Part 2
Jonas and Gbriel heard the music when they on the bicycle. After leaver community, Jonas and Gabriel survive, because Jonas and Gabril leaver community,and they find other community. In this
community, people know Jonas and Gabriel come from other community, they give Jonas and Gbriel food, and live in their community.
They are happy, because in this community, every people have freedom, they can choice,
they have memories, and they can see everything's color. Jonas's family forget Jonas and Gbriel.
Only The Giver does not forget Jonas. The Giver wants to leaver this community, but he does not
leave, he death this community.

ReplyDeleteAs the time passing, Jonas and Gabe arrived in a fantastic and colorful city named New York, Jonas and Gabe are so surprised because they had never seen so many colors at the same time. Gabe start to crying suddenly, Jonas knows he is too hungry they had been out of food for two days. In these two days, Jonas couldn’t hear food anymore but he began to see some food but it was only an illusion of hunger. Finally Jonas and Gabe couldn’t even see things clearly they fainted on the street.
At the same time, in Jonas’ community people all feel dizzy and their faces are pale, they all terrified because of the first wave of painful memories, they feel like a knife in their throat makes them can’t breathe or talk the pain like countless needles stab their heart. In Jonas’ house Lily sit with mother at living room and father she is young so there doesn’t have too many painful memories come in her brain but mother and father are moaning painfully, Lily tries to help her parents but she doesn’t know what to do and she hopes her brother Jonas can back to help her.
Jonas opens his eyes he sees so many children’s faces they are smiling to him and Gabe is sleeping on Jonas’ side he seems to having a sweet dream right now so Jonas doesn’t want wake him up then Jonas talks with the children they tell Jonas he is in an orphanage and they are all orphans as Jonas an Gabe, Jonas feels a little sad about that because he has a family but he can’t return.
In Jonas’s community The Giver speaks in the speaker he tells all community members the truth about memories and teaches them how to deal with the pain people follow The Giver’s advices and getting better day by day.
Jonas and Gabe adapt the new life very soon they are very welcome for this orphanage because they know so many interesting stories and friendly children in this orphanage all willing to be friends with them, Jonas and Gabe are satisfied with the life in orphanage they experienced a lots new things and they have feelings, colors and love in this new world.
The Giver part 2
ReplyDeleteJonas and Gabriel on the bicycle , hearing music .Jonas and Gabriel were cold and tired,Gabriel was getting weaker.The cold was creeping to their body;the hunger infected their body. Gabriel wailing screamed at his ear.Actually,they trapped in the blizzard.Jonas looked around, completely disorientated.Jonas and Gabriel stumbled through the snow, the hunger was unbearable.They struggled to survive,but Jonas collapsed.He felt the cold stinging his face.Suddenly,deep echo of footsteps heard coming,Jonas's heart swelled with anxiety.Jonas became restless,his head throbbed and heart pound.He strained to hear the footsteps was approaching.Jonas glanced in all directions."Oh my godness, who is it ?".Jonas saw something standing directly behind him, was a man dressed completely in black carrying a cane, staring straight at Jonas.The man was grinned .The man's eyes flared with hatred.Jonas was still in a dazed ,watching everything pass through like dream.The man screamed and the cane whipped the air with strong force and landed right on Jonas's head.Jonas's vision was suddenly stained red.He began coughing blood and his eyes closed.A sudden frozen shivered down him."Just a nightmare..."He sigh.Jonas got all the strength and happiness muttered to Gabriel, "We're free little Gabe, we are finally free!"Gabriel chuckled.The two brothers on the road that would take them to life.
Behind him, across vast distances of space and time, from the place he had left, he thought he heard music too. But perhaps it was only an echo. Jonas were happy because he was free, but he was worry about his parents and his sister, Lily. Gabriel was crying, they were in outside of the community and they don’t know what they can do.they don’t have enough foods and they were walking on the street everyday. Also they don’t know all communities were connected.they have same rules, Jonas and Gabriel was seize by other community. In their own community, all people were talking them, and Jonas’ friends were talking him too. the Elder found their parents and they have to get punishment. the people were surprise for them and they don’t know what kind of punishment they will get.
ReplyDeleteSeveral days later, they were sent back to their own community, the Elder and the Giver interrogate Jonas, they didn’t release yet, but it’s possible for them to released by the Elder. Jonas said:” I don’t like some rules and I think people should have their own memories and freedom , they have right to know colors and weathers. it’s not harmful for them.” the Elder was dumbfounded, because the Giver have the same ideas before, yes, the Giver. the Elder was thinking what he should do, if we continue to select the receiver of Memories, do they have the same idea? the Elder hold a meeting and people have to vote should they have to get more freedom and know more things.the Elder explain what is freedom and what is memories. most people agree to know more and get more.finally ,the Elder changes the rules.people have more colorful life.Jonas and Gabriel was not released by the Elder ,but they have to do more volunteering for this society.

The Giver Part 2
Jonas and Gabriel hearing music when are in the bicycle.

and find a other community ,but in this community they

may be interpreted in two very different ways. Jonas is
remember his Christmas memory one of the most beautiful
that The giver transmitted to him. Jonas was so excited and
happy, he saw how there were many children playing
different sports Jonas’ society will suffer because of the
memories what stayed when Jonas was eloping. They know
that they can’t escape form the pain memories forever.
Jonas wants to begin a new life with Gabriel and wants to

But he knew he could go back so he started crying. Gabriel was watching Jonas and said the word “papa”. Jonas stop crying and give Gabriel an happy look. Jonas thought that he should be brave because it’s because of him they are out there. Jonas said out loud

You could hear his echo again, again, the echo was going away and became soft and silence remained. After one day walking Jonas felt that he was almost there to the place he wanted to be. As he walk, he saw many other animals that he didn’t knew at all. He saw birds flying on the sky, some where on the trees singing and feeding their babies.
-Gabriel i think we made it, said Jonas with a big smile.
They could hear the sound of the water streams. Gabriel opened his eyes and looked all around him and giggled. There could built a cabin, shelter, to live... Elsewhere is beautiful, its a perfect place, a UTOPIA.
When Jonas and Gabriel survive, they both leave their old community to other city and far away there. They ride bicycle on the way and they are taking nice mood to go ,by the way ,they talk so much ,Jonas said “do you see the beautiful followers it will be our new life ,we need catch this time and make it grow up better and better .”that’`s right ,the old community that i felt enough ,what the rules,what the people look like ,they don’t need change they always stay their own world ,we can get free but....”but what ?”however i really worried about the giver ,because i left as the same time the giver just keep their memory by himself.

Jonas was riding his bicycle but Gabriel was crying, he didn't know what to , it was music all over the place then he remember all the people at his society but the pain was taken him. Now he is scared of the suspicious melodies, he begin to follow the sounds them he saw something
that he never thought that was real, all the colors, the sounds,the smells , even the people all those things were different at his community , he was amazed that even his eyes were watery to see all the shiny light , he forget about the pain and the scare that his heart was feeling before , a feeling of happiness was taken control of his body. This Elsewhere for him was like “the
perfect place” then he realized that all he want to is to stay there with Gabriel, he wants to feel the love, the happiness, the sadness, the joy , the pain etc, no one can stop me now he says to himself, it’s time to change Gabriel I know that you are going to be happy here.
After sometime, Jonas was there riding his bicycle with Gabriel on the streets of this new place, then a man found him and he began to talk to him, Jonas told him everything about his society and he also told him that he does not want to come back there , the man was silent for a moment, then he took Jonas and Gabriel to a place , they stay there for some weeks then a family take them to a house a big and a beautiful house where they learn the new rules of this new place, they grow up very happy, but sometimes remembered his old society and he
Jonas was feeling sorry for the Giver and his small sister Lily but he was grateful with the Giver because he taught him a lot of things, even he knew that he is not going to back again to his all
society, he just wish all the people good luck but know he is happy with his new family and his new society his new society.
Jonas and Gabriel are surviving in the bicycle hearing music. They never have experience about music and they are listening enjoy music. They were so happy with the music, when they hearing and not could be leave yet. Everyone have memories include Jonas and Gabriel. In the society everyone have memories but the first person has memories in this society is Jonas, because The Giver gives the first to him and after everyone get. All people doesn’t has right because the government has the control of this place. Outside of Jonas’s community, it’s a very beautiful and nice place. There are birds, animals, colorful flowers. Everything is colorful and no one is there to stop Jonas and Gabriel to do, what they want to do. There is freedom and feelings. It’s a new, amazing world for Jonas. He hopes that after his leaving, they will get some memories and feelings and maybe one day they will miss him too. But life goes on anyway. Jonas wants to begin a new life with Gabriel and wants to spend his rest of life with freedom, feeling and with all his memories in a happy and no mere control all people. Also the communities look like a perfect place and beautiful colors.

Begin him ,across vast distances of space and time ,from the place he had left , the thought he hear music too. But it was only an echo. Jonas started to look where the echo come from, he suddenly look at his Gabriel , with a happy face his brother smile at him.Then he said “ their will be nothing wrong if we try to look , where that echo come from ’’ i guess . get to the house “Is somebody home ,he said . but no one answer , he gets in the house,he saw a bed a chair and tableau with bread on it . so he said people most life in that little house. They felt asleep ,thinking that someone will come but no one did come .In the morning they did not find no one so Jonas decide to keep moving .Back the old society of Jonas everything was going like normal ,Jonas father started to forget about him and thinking to get a new child , but the giver could not forget about Jonas ,he was feeling very guilty. Jonas and Gabriel been working for four days no sign of life ,but in five day he saw a very big society. when he gets in he was feeling that those people was sharing love like in the memory he has before .Suddenly a girl come to him and said “ I never see you there before are you new ”

The Giver Part 2
ReplyDeleteJonas and Gabriel heard some sound is like music when they on the bicycle.But they not sure that they heard music because it’s too suddenly.They try to forget it and walk toward again. Maybe far from 10 miles with them ,they see a small town.They are very happy and also hungry,so Jonas rodes bicycle awfully fast to go to there.
20 minutes left, they arrive to that beautiful town,there are many people possess different eyes.Jonas and Gabriel feel amazing because this is a pretty special place.Local residents are friendly for everyone ,special for foreigner.They make lunch for Jonas and Gabriel when Jonas said they are hungry. There is not have government so people live in freedom, they can do anything what do they want to do.
All afternoon, a kind woman takes Jonas and Gabriel to visit their town and she tell them all things about this town.Jonas is very interest in about this freedom town. Suddenly, Gabriel grabs Jonas hand and tell him “I want to stay here,Jonas.This is a nice town!!Will you accompany with me ???” “yeah! Of course,Gabriel”Jonas said. “ would we live in this special town,Ms” Jonas said. “Sure,welcome to come here.I’m so glad for it......emm..Jonas? Can I ask you one question? of course if you have right keep silence for it.” woman said “ No No No, You can! What do you want to ask me?” Jonas said “ Why do you come here” Woman said.Jonas keep silence a few minutes “I’m sor....” “I don’t like that community ,it’s terrible!! I hate there”Jonas said. “ Now,everything will be ok...My boy, I don’t know what’s happen to you in the before, but you will get a best life in here and you will love here in the future.”woman said.
Then Jonas and Gabriel decide stay here,at night, when they finish their dinner ,the woman take them to go to mountain where they can see whole town. “ Wow...”Jonas and Gabriel said it at same time. “ It’s so beautiful, I never saw it in the before It’s so colorful like rainbow!!!”Jonas look at whole town on the mountain, there are many different color light in each house.Jonas and Gabriel are happy for it.They make many friends at here, they feel awfully glad live in this town. Though even this town is smaller than which community that Jonas life in the before,it’s warm.....Jonas can feel what is family. Jonas and Gabriel live here 10 years, now,Jonas married with a beautiful girl who love Jonas and Jonas love her.Gabriel also find a smart girlfriend and they live in happy.One day, Jonas received a letter from the giver,the giver said “Dear Jonas, How are you? I know you are live,I’m pretty happy for it.Do you want to hear a good news? Everyone get memory in the community,I don’t need transmit any memory for others.Everyone is brave and they accept all kind of memory. Oh~~Don’t worry about your family!They are fine,the government never come to your home after you leave here.Thank you very much ,Jonas.You save all community people’s life.I’m so pound for you.Hope you get a good life.” “ I will get a good life the giver ,thank you to tell me about this good news” Jonas said. “ Hope you get a better life ,too. The giver.”

ReplyDeleteAfter jonas and gabriel left the society,they started they new life.Jonas built a small cabin for themselves. the cabin was near the old community of a mountain.everyday jonas built the fire and cook,at night, they still can hear the singing from the community.the life was so hard for a teenager and a new child. nobody can take care of gabriel anymore.And they felt alone in the small cabin. Sometimes gabriel cried at night, and the life of Jonas was terrible. He knows he cannot take care of gabriel, he went to another society.He saw the people were very bad,and many homeless children in this place. he cannot leave gabriel in this society.then he went back to visit his old society. he found that someone changed the rules. no more release in the society.Jonas was so glad to see that, he thought he changed the society .but he didn’t want to go back to there,he didn’t know how to face to his family.then he make a decision.he put gabriel to the front door in his family’s house.And then he leave away quietly.
In the morning, father wake up and got ready go out,he opened the door. he saw the new child, he’s so surprise because it’s gabriel.Also he never forgot his son Jonas,he’s looking for him. Jonas didn’t come back.he seem a little bit sad. but he still know one thing,Jonas is alive. he can feel Jonas is watching them and listening the song they sing.
Jonas and Gabriel listened music and felt happy. But they began to sleep with exhausted. After Jonas woke up, he noticed that they are in the building. There are warm. Gab is sleeping the front of fireplace with smiling. A person came from his back and gave some food. He ate it. It is delicious and makes him feel comfortable. Then he watches person’s face. It is smiling and has mustache like Giver. Jonas asks him. “Where is the place?” The old person says nothing and no response. He is smiling. Then he takes a box and he put two small things on his ears. Jonas notices that the old person listen music from the small things. Jonas watches them with interest. The old person notices Jonas’ eye and puts them on Jonas’s ears. Jonas listens again the music. It is beautiful and makes him feel happy. Jonas asks him “What is this?” But he doesn’t answer. After finishing to listing the song, Jonas notices that the old person can’t make his voice.
ReplyDeleteAfter 1 year, Jonas enjoyed in the new society. Every day he puts the small things on his ears and listen the music. Gabriel went to his school and learn history. Sometimes Jonas remembers Asher’s playing, Lily’s noisy voice, his father’s job, his mother’s saying, Fiona’s red hair and his best friend, the Giver. But he never thought that he goes back his society. Because in his new society nobody plays war and releases someone. He thought that he is happy. But in his new society nobody make voice their mouth.
As the Jonas and Gabriel enter “elsewhere” they are going to be afraid because their society will search for them soon. They will have some hard time and it will be good for their future they will be fine. They have to hide from the people from their society because Jonas was a receiver of memories and he escaped the community with Gabriel. It is against the rules in the community. Jonas and Gabriel survive from the old community. Now, they are happy because now they have all the memories those they haven’t seen before. They can hear the music now. They have pain and they can see the colors. Now they are in the society with freedom they can choose whatever they want to do for their life. They can hear the music. Now, their life is better than before in their own society. In the Jonas’s society the memories come the people in the society those Jonas have given from the giver. Everyone have memories now they can see the colors and they know what pain is. They can feel everything what they couldn’t when they didn’t have memories. The giver is proud of Jonas because he changes everything that the giver couldn’t do and Jonas saves the Gabriel’s life. It is a little painful for giver because the Jonas left him like he had when he Rosemary had released from the community. The giver was upset at that time. The giver feels loneliness now again. The Jonas’s family is sad because the Jonas left them without telling and asking them. They are angry with Jonas because Jonas took Gabriel with him and also broke the rules and they trusted him they never knew that he can run away from the community. His family never has broken the rules before. The Jonas is now in the new community and he is happy there with Gabriel.

They have never heard it before, it I was excited to them to hear such a thing. Their life started to get colorful, they kept on walking through the snow for couple of miles, until the weather started changing. Jonas has felt himself a little free for the first time in his life. Jonas started getting all different kind of feelings, happy, sad, nervous etc… Elsewhere is the place that Jonas has been looking for , elsewhere is the place where people has their own way of leaving , they are free doing whatever they want , they have memories , painful memories and happy memories .Jonas society started to change after he left , people started getting all the memories they started being familiar with painful and happy memories . The Giver was fine; he didn’t blame Jonas because he knows how it feels to be instead of him.

ReplyDeletewhen Jonas and Gabriel are sliding down from the hill Jonas sees some little lights up ahead. then he realizes those are houses. and also some sound comes to his ear. he still doesn’t know what they are but still it sounds good. then finally they come to an end of the hill. they are extremely hungry. Gabriel is shivering with cold. Jonas sees that, then he becomes really worried. he looks for houses , for people around that place so that they could help them. then he sees those houses and went over there. but when he reaches there he sees that those houses are not there.it was just an illusion. he becomes more worried.
in the society people are going crazy because of the pain full memories.Joan's family are very sad because of jonas. they miss him. also the giver is trying to help other people by giving them memories , good , happy memories.
Jonas finding no way to save Gabriel also himself , he looks for food but the place is empty . no one is there. they are all alone in the field filled with snow all over the place. then suddenly jonas realizes Gabriel is not breathing. he tries to call Gabriel ‘’ Gabriell Gabriell ..wake up little boy...’’ but there is no sound coming from Gabriel's mouth. Jonas’s face becomes pale. he realizes Gabriel is no more.he sits and again calls him but no sound. then he becomes hopeless. he looks everywhere...nothing ...he sees nothing beside the snow. then he starts to cry for the first time of his life. tears come down from his eyes. he screams ‘’ Gabriel Gabriel..’’
Jonas is all alone now. he thinks what should he do with Gabriel. he holds Gabriel and hugs him really tight. then he just sits there and cries. suddenly he starts to feel something in his tummy. then he cries out in pain. because he didn’t eat for a long time for that now he is in a real pain. he cries and falls on the snow. he lies there. snow is blowing in the wind starts to cover him and he just couldn’t do anything.after one hour like this he also dies with hunger. snow covers both of the their body.....

Jonas and Gabriel are in bicycle hearing music they are surprise because they didn’t hear the music before. After Jonas goes to the elsewhere, the giver still stays in his community. But they spread out their own different life in their place. Jonas knows he is too hungry they had been out of food for two days. In these two days, Jonas couldn’t hear food anymore but he began to see some food but it was only an illusion of hunger.
Jonas and Gabriel are good friends they decide one day to go shopping for his new bike to be able to have everything they want one day to go shopping before they decide to go for a walk to the park to see all the q will be able to do during this late at night and spend hours and hours and they continue walking through the park looking for directions on what to do .. they try to go where ever imagined to go since they were small Jonas and Gabriel before that they decide to find their bikes to go to the park to have fun and hang out with friends they have, but before that tells Jonas Gabriel going to walk before it the night I do not want to return later, much less reach and no one is home need to talk to my family about the things I do with you and see what's safer for me and the community that I have around me and I have to protect to be more secure if all the bad things people can do
Days after hours spent days and nights with Jonas Gabriel wondered what our directions if you you were not beside me and would not be without you I know you're my best friend never forget you all the time we spent together and have fun that doing together are a friend that never forget .. days after he left and Jonas Gabriel am alone and sore and to know that his friend would not be beside but would know what would be best for the two separate this will be the end of the story
Jonas and Gabriel were on the bicycle they were still alive, after leave their community. they start listening something but they were wondering what’s that. It’s music. they start to hear music. while they were on the bicycle they found a new community, Jonas and Gabriel were excited to get there. A new community where there are freedom, memories, color and feeling. That place was perfect for them because it was the first time that they experience something like feeling of happiness. after a long travel finally they had the chance to rest in their new community. people in that community accepted them as new members of that place in a kind way. But what about the old community said Jonas, Gabriel answered him don’t worry about that place, now we are in a new place where we can feel, smell, eat and enjoy.

Jonas was sad in that moment but then he also heard that their family have changed to, they are having a new life too but Jonas said I want them to enjoy and experience a new life while Im living mind. after that Gabriel said Let’s make this new life change too. Let’s be free, let’s go and enjoy life with our best smile, and after this Jonas said i agree with you my friend let’s know more people, have friends and the most important part to have memories with us. We’re going to remember this until the end of our lives.

Now they are face look smile, they very surprise that they are can without no freedom and no memories society. soon they start to leave new place. Fist day they going to the street, they saw lot of different thing form they are society, the street is very noise, some people In the local store to bought something and people ride bicycle to deliver the food, people like very busy. they never saw that setting, because In they are society is no people and non of the busy afternoon crew of street cleaners, landscape worker, and food delivery people, those people all populate the community, there is very quiet. After they going to big mall, there have lot of people in there, people busy to buy there our clothing. They feel very happy to come to here, but they fell very strange, because all people looking fashion. Finally they going to hotel, they tell receptionist they fist time to come here, and tell them what happened to the society. when the receptionist hear that information, they tell Jonas and Gabriel , we will be give you are big room to leave, and after we will be make some food to you are guys., also they boss say if they want to stay, they can stay, If they want to get job, they also can give them. Now Jonas and Gabriel fell so luck, because they meet good receptionist in this society. .now Jonas and Gabriel in the hotel room, they miss they are family, and they want to know about does his family have a good life?
Finally, the Giver and Jonas' family get freedom, because the giver help all people to get freedom, they society also become total different, people can doing whatever they want, the government start to change the low. Yong people and children need go to in the school to study they lesson.
Soddenly, he opened his eyes. We was not cold anymore, actually he felt warm. He look around trying to understand what was going on, he try to look for Gabriel, who was not in his arms anymore. Everything looked so different. He was lay on a bed, with a needle in his vein, injecting at him something that looked like water. He took the needle out of his arm and walked to the door. In the next room, it was Gabriel, he was quietly sleeping in the bed, he looked so good.
ReplyDeleteJonas felt so much better when he saw Gabriel. He stayed there, staring at him for a while, until a man entered to the run. Jonas recognize him at the first time, and then recognize the place. He knew that that man was a doctor, and that he was in a hospital.
The doctor explained to Jonas that a couple of adventurers guys found them at the mountain, and they almost die.
- Is he going to be ok?- Jonas asked.
- Yes, You and the baby are going to get better. Do not worry about anything, you guys are going to be fine. But tell me, where do you come from?, What were you doing there?.
Jonas doubted, then decided to tell the doctor the truth.
- Actually were are from a community too far away from here.
Two months later, Jonas and Gabriel went to home for children without parents. They learned from others children, they learned how life there was about. Jonas thought the life there was wonderful. They were free to do anything they wanted. Jonas went to school where there were not as many rules as in his old school. He liked the idea to keep going to school. He liked the idea to keep being a child. He sometimes thought about sameless, his old community. Sometimes, he even dreamed about his old community, but the dreams were weird. In his dreams he saw the people from his community going mad, he saw the giver helping a girl who was trying to jump down to the river because of the memories that came to her, he saw the elders sitting in a big table together, talking about how to resolve the problems. He did not what was those dream about, then he realized that those was not dreams, those was things that were happening in the community, he understood that even though he was far away he was come how connected to them.
One year later he and Gabriel were adopted for a good family and lived happy forever.
Jonas and Gabriel on the bicycle. while Jonas hearing the music form the house in front of them, he ride faster than before. Jonas doesn’t want to die in the “elsewhere”, so he trying his best to reach that house. Because that house full of hope and love, so he doesn’t want to give up with his life. Also he doesn’t want Gabriel die, he is trying his best to protect Gabriel. Finally, Jonas reach the outside of the house, the music still playing inside the house, then Jonas and Gabriel get into sleep in the snow. When they wake up, they see a old man who sit next to the bad. They live in a warm house, and everyday they have enough food to eat. Also their life is better than the old society, Jonas and Gabriel can do whatever they like. They have enough freedom on the society where they stay right now. Then the next day, the old man leading Jonas and Gabriel go to the outside. They see sunshine , bird, a big and wide blue sky above them. Everything just looks like perfect. The old man tells them that their body’s healthy getting better, and they can live in his house for a long time. Jonas’ society has a new situation at all. Jonas’ all the memories go into the people’s mind, and everything in the Jonas’ society has a totally different form before. Colors, pets, weathers, every emotion of human, appear on the society. The most important point is people get freedom in the life. Comminite decide to give people memories, because everyone have different idea of their society right now. They can not control them anymore. In the past few years, Jonas and Gabriel are totally match with this new society. They have a perfect life in the new society, and everything just like wonderful. Jonas and Gabriel love their own society now, and they don’t think they are different with other people in this society. Jonas doesn’t want to forget his old society, so he still playing that music which he heard in this society first time.

It was very hard to get where music come. But perhaps it was only an echo. Although they were very hungry and thirsty, they didn’t give up and continued.

As Gabriel was young, he didn’t know anything and crying along the way. But Jonas tried to get there and got help to the old man. He was very good for Jonas and Gabriel. He took care them and gave food. His name was Micheal.
Jonas and Gabriel stayed with him and shared their events. But the community was strange for them. Everything was different. Jonas tried to get out from the community again. He wanted to go back to his community and still remembered his family , his friend Asher and Fiona and The Giver. After Micheal explained about his community, Jonas and Gabriel tend to stay there. There lives were end in this community.

ReplyDeleteAfter Jonas and Gabriel left the society they try to do all the things that people did before like listened music and do all they want to do. Jonas want to find a place where every body is normal that has everything that he saw in the memories so he is heading there to fast but they don't feel good while they are doing it because they think about their parents because now they have those feelings. They find a place where people help them in the beginning and they choose their jobs here its where they feel how is to be free but they have to fight because in this society nothing its alright and they have to fight for all the want to have. In this society people can experience feelings like pain, love, sadness everything, they can even choose if they want to have 5 o 10 babies they are free to choose their jobs. Jonas society change ,people not only the Giver and Jonas but everyone else start getting memories of color,seeing fire ,pain ,snow ,war and love.the giver and Jonas family died probably after they get all those feelings .They were probably disappointed in Jonas because they trust him,they never thought he would run away.

Jona's and gabrial are in the bycle and they are listening music.they are really free from their society in where they have too many
heard rules to folllow..they are happy and far away from their society. the problem is they don't have food for eat. but it doesn't effect with
them because now they have freedom,no more rules to follow, they are really happy like a sun shaining and flower smiling.they will not see
any more new born baby kelling. they are really cxiting and happy with the new place. where people helping each other and they are really community
to each other. but the sad news is Jonas family get really heard rules like stress. about why Jonas brake the community rules.even the community wear separate
Jonas father from his family. but Jonas is very happy that he get a good place as he want to live. and after 1 years he get better job also his brother going
to school. also his old society is change. they have no more rules and they have many different kind of people and they have freedom to choice their own

Behind him,across vast distance of space and time from the place he had left, he thought he heard music too. But perhaps it was only an echo. The only thing that Jonas wanted was to get to the community that looked increasingly close, the music that they heard while they walked to the new community make him feel hopeful.Finally Jonas and Gabriel arrived to the community, it was totally different to them even that Jonas had already experienced those memories. All the people there wear colorful clothes, and Gabriel start to getting the color memory . Jonas felt that he had achieved his goal, get a better life where everyone could have their own memories. He turned to Gabe and said to him, ”look Gabriel, look the wonder of this place, fascinating right”. the only thing that Gabriel could do was smile, everything was new to him. But after a while everything changed, people started to see them and wonder why Jonas and Gabriel were alone. suddenly a policeman approached them and ask Jonas " where are your parents, they supposedly know the rules, children can not go out alone, where are they now?”. Jonas was so nervous, he didn't now anything about that, and Jonas said” parents?, we don’t have parents,sir”. the police man took them to the police station. One of the community’s rules were that children who did not have anybody who takes care of them given up for adoption. Jonas was so worried and scared about it because he didn't want to separated from Gabriel. Jonas explained them where they from and how difficult were their life in this community, all the people got surprise about it. They were send to a juvenile court and the judge decided to give them to a family who couldn't have children. Gabriel and Jonas are so happy living with their adoptive parents because now he can ask them if they love him.

ReplyDeleteThe music seems not going to stop, louder and louder,behind Jonas and Gabriel.As they travel long, they are starved and Jonas is jadedness. The fullmouthed sound of music make them dizzy. soon,they fall sleep on the snow ground.
ReplyDeleteWhen Jonas open his eye,he is lying in a warm room,like hospital,a lot gift around him.Gabriel is lying next to him,sleep a sound sleep."where is here" Jonas asked himself. A old man come in,"Your community,your home!" The voice is so familiar,"Giver!"Jonas shout in surprise and hug him,Jonas begin to cry like a child. "Yes, my Jonas," Giver put his hand in his back,"a jet of our community found you and sent you back." Suddenly,Jonas looks nervously,"Will they punish me?what happen after I gone?!" "Don't worry,the Elder will not punish you",Giver says with simile,"since you gone,the whole community changed a lot,people have all the feeling and memories now,they could see colors and hear music.Also,the Cheif Elder make the new rules, there don't have birthmother any more,no release, everyone can choose their career and marriage.It's all your contribution, now you are the HERO of our community!look,these gifts are people send to you!Also,the have a WELCOME BACK PARTY for you tomorrow!" Jonas is so surprised,he can't believe his ears,he just so excited and hug Giver tightly.
The next day,Jonas feels so well,Gabriel too,he giggle all the time as he play with toy.Giver comdecorationes and take them to the party.As they walk into a big hall,Jonas is surprise again,the wonderful and colorful decoration,all the lady wear beautiful dress ,men wear nice suit. Asher see Jonas at first,they hug and don't need to say a lot,they understand each other."where are my mom and dad and lily?"."They are not here because they will give you a surprise later!" Then,the music start,Jonas see his dad and mom and lily stand in the stage,they are singing a song for Jonas,then Jonas walk up to the stage,they hug him and say,"we LOVE you,Jonas,we miss you,Jonas." This is the first Jonas hear the word "LOVE"from his family, he can't stop his tear of joy.Everyone applaud and say loudly:"Welcome back,Joans! Thanks for you did for us,you are our HERO." They have a fantastic party that night.
A few years past,Jonas married with Fiona,Gabriel grow healthy and strong.

After leaving the society, Jonas and Gabriel survived with wild life. Jonas was happy, but he and his sister are began to suffering from cold weather and hunger.Jonas was not warmed,anything he felt more numb and more cold.His steps were leaden, and he could not move with his frozen legs. Only one thing he and his sister began to feel strongly, it was hunger. Although Jonas knew what is hunger through his memories, but he never felt it before. Now he began to feel the real hunger. They approached the summit of the hill, it was not easy for them because again that strong hunger and cold.Jonas began to hear music, and people singing.Oh nice! but it was his thought. He walked slowly and slowly, he did not feel his legs. Ops... he fail down, and tried to rise up but he could not. He stopped surviving and gave up. He began to cry “sorry Gabe I can save you anymore so sorry.” He understood his big mistake. He thought living in outside of community is much better, but he did not think about how hard is to be to live there. And he close his eyes slowly by looking his sister. Although they died without reaching their dream, their society got all memories back.
ReplyDeleteThe Giver was thinking on Jonas, in the memories that he gave to him… memories of pain,love,grandparents, war, snow… “What is he doing now? What should I do with this society? For an instance The Giver wish Jonas never had left the community… Jonas and Gabe were passing a good time, the music that Jonas had heard was not an echo; it was real. As they ride, the bike was getting weak and they had to beginning walking. Jonas saw a man that looked at him and asked him if they need some help, but Jonas was afraid; he though that maybe that man can be one of the person that was looking for him, he though in a release “maybe that will happen to me if the government catch me”. But Jonas decided to talk to the man, he looked to be gentle; he saw that Jonas and Gabriel were fascinated with the music and he told them where it comes from “I can show you the place in where that music is play everyday” he said. Jonas was surprise , they saw a big house with a cross in the middle top, he tried to remember a memory, but he realized that The Giver didn’t gave him any memory about a place like that one. “This is a church” the man said, “you can stay here, they will give you food, clothes, and a place to sleep” … Jonas and Gabe felt comfortable in the church, they liked it, and the people there tried them as a family. Jonas and Gabe were in the chorus, and they sing all day for the people that visit the church. Jonas was happy, but he felt a deep pain in his heart, he felt loneliness, and he always think in his family and The Giver. (10 years later… The Giver helps the society to forget the memories, and they were the same as always. Jonas parents were release, and Lilly has a family). Jonas and Gabe got married, have babies by their selves, and in their society they can have many kids as they want.
