Ans:Yes,my English has improved my speaking and writing both.My speaking improved by our class activities like “Mingle Mingle” and my writing improved by your corrections.Also i got to know lots of new words which i didn’t know.

Ans: I usually do my homework at my desk or at the PC table.Well i do my homework whenever i need to do it.There isn’t any exact time to do that.

ReplyDeleteAns:- I enjoyed many activities in this class such as “mingle mingle mingle” because from “mingle”,we can get more ideas from others, and we can share our opinions; review flashcard with partner, cocktail party, quote sandwich, and the activity that we have done with Mr. Manuel. . I enjoyed this activities because those were the most exciting and funny activities in Ms. Mann’s class.

Ans:- I think I enjoyed most of the activities specially the one that we had done with our guest teacher Manuel where we did stretching, acting, freezing and we had chance to see the main character in “ The Catcher in the Rye” named Holden and I enjoy that activity a lot.

And: I think we have covered all of our activities/projects/topics so there is no activities that I want you to cover.

Ans:- I hope you can give us more time to understand our homework and you can create more activities that help us to improve our skills( speaking, listening, writing, critical thinking). Also you should give us more time to do our projects and less homework so that we can do it nicely and properly.

Ans:- Yes, I think my English has improved a lot more then before. My speaking and writing both skills has improved by our class activities like “Mingle Mingle” and also i got to know lots of new words which i didn’t know.

Ans:- I usually do my homework at my desk and sometimes i do it in my bedroom. Actually i do my homework whenever i need to do and there isn’t any limited or fixed time to do that.

Ans:- No, i don't because if we don’t understand something about homework then you explain it more then one times and you try to make those homework easy for us so that we can do it correctly or easily.

Ans:- Whenever i open my notebook to do my homework or when i feel like I need do see my notes for help, I spend my time to look at it and i try to be organized.

Ans:- I think my class participation is good so i don’t need to do anything, i just have to keep it up.

Ans:- I open my notebook and study about all of my class my notes, my class work that we did in the class, my old test paper and my glossary.

Ans:- I think I will do better in next marking period then i am doing right now and I'll do my best to get a high grade.I got 95 in this marking period and I'm going to pay more attention in class and do better to get 100. :)

ReplyDeleteI think the “quote sandwich” makes me feel interesting and i read a interesting book called “The catcher in the Rye” because i can know more about the characters and it’s funny to do a course that everyone can concentrate on the study and prepare for the English regents exam.

What I didn’t enjoy so much was the bunch of tests I was supposed to write almost every day and the amount of homework each and every day. Maybe it was because of me joining at the wrong time. So, undeniably I have to confess that the next marking period is bound to become much much better.

Well, I suppose not. The teacher always knows much better than the students, and knows beforehand what she/he needs to teach to the class. So, I don’t think I am capable/qualified enough to answer such a question.

Definitely yes, because the more one practices his English, the bigger are his chances of improving his English skills. That is a law (at least for me.) Although you never stop learning in life. As you grow up, you will always learn something new, almost every day. That’s life.

I try to do my homework just after having lunch at my home (about 4 o’ clock). I study at my own desk, which is remoted from others. ( I can hear my sister doing other things, though!)

Well, I do not really think it is the exercises which are difficult, but rather the amount of job to do, which overwhelms a student. I am currently not facing difficulties while doing my homework.
