ReplyDeleteI dislike the part in which we had to make flashcards every week . I think its a waste of paper and we can study the words at class .
No, all I expect to see , we covered it.
I like the way you teach us but sometimes you need to be more patient with the students .
In some ways ,I learned how to write better and maybe the most important part was to learn more vocabulary .
I always do my homework at my bedroom while Im playing ps3 but in moments I turn it off and continue doing my homework . After nine oclock .
Of course , because I'm not professional finding literary techniques in those chapters . I'm NOT good doing that activity . It's very hard .
Mmm, If I check my notes too many times , It means that I wasn't paying enough attention in the class . I keep everything in my brain and sometimes I check them once a week .
If I could be sure of the correct answer , I could participate more . It doesnt mean Im always wrong , I just need more self confidence .
I study for the quizzes and then I always take a nap because Studies have shown that if you take a nap after learning something , this information will stay in your brain . It works (own experience).
No , because in third and fourth level I had 85 to 95 average . I just need have a positive mind to understand the teacher .
I will use the same strategy that i have been using since I started the school on 2010 ,do my best on the third marking period because i feel lazy in the first and second one .

Guys, sometimes teachers are so stressful and that's part of high school but be patient to reach the goal (pass the class).

2. I didn’t enjoy going in the center line.
3. I think some activities that focus more on regents because in January a lot of students including me will take the test.

1.I enjoyed the group projects about different topics. I liked it really much because I learned about a lot different topics like The Black Panthers, The Black Power Movement, Kosher Dietary Laws, Ku Klux Klan etc.

1. During the second marking period I enjoyed reading the book, and class activity such as concentric circle.
2. I didnt’t enjoy as much as other activities to write the controlling idea draft, but we know that is important for the regent.
3. No there weren’t any. During the second marking period I repeated the activities of the first marking period and also other activities such as the concentric circle.
4. I could express more our opinions letting talk everybody in the class.

What I enjoyed the most this marking period was the project we did about all those topics from the Jews, KKK, Malcom X, because it was interesting to know about the importance and the history about these groups. Also because I really like to know more about and learn about new things in history.

Giovane:I really liked when we were doing activities that we were able to talk to others and share ideas, because with that i got to know more about my classmates and how they think.

1.This was a busy marking period but we had lot of fun.I loved reading “The Color of Water”
and completing the reading log.
2.I had a bit difficulties with the exams which were taken on Monday,on the vocabulary
questions so that wasn’t a good experience.

ANS:Yes. I have, because i know more than before.i know more words and I am confident to speak and understand English.

ReplyDelete~I like to read the novel, Color of Water. The story is interesting and i learn a lot of new vocabularies from it

~ I don’t like doing the research logs because it’s kind of difficult to do.

~yes, i learn a lot of vocabularies and i learn to do critical thinking a lot by doing the research logs.

~ around 7 p.m in my bedroom.

~sometimes i have a lot of homework not only for this class and i don’t have enough time to read the COW’s book and do the research logs.

~no. because in this marking period i’m always late and i miss some homeworks. i can get higher grades if i do better
